We run a network that gives students more hands-on learning opportunities. This can be through attending our events or helping to organise them. Together with our network of partners, we offer practical workshops, a yearly national congress, and other interactive events.
As a student organisation, we keep things flexible and adapt to the dynamic student lifestyle.
Our organization is built from the bottom up. The energy and ideas come mostly from our work groups, where members and supporters work on specific tasks. Our idea of leadership is to foster this energy and translate ideas into action, no matter where they come from in the organisation.
Our work groups are the heart of the organization. Here, board members and supporters come together to make things happen. If you’d like to get involved, we recommend starting in a work group. It’s the best way to gain first-hand experience. And if you enjoy it, we’d be happy to welcome you to one of our boards!
When you officially join our organization, you become part of the regular board. Together we’ll assign you to one of our six departments. You can always switch departments later or join work groups run by other departments. Our events department in particular is always glad to have extra helping hands.
The executive board takes care of the organization’s long-term health. This includes allocating resources, recruiting new members, and coordinating the departments. It is made up of the president, vice president, and the head of each department.
To ensure transparency and accountability, our work is also reviewed by an external oversight body. This independent group reviews our finances, offers feedback, and provides guidance to keep us on track.
