We run a network that gives students more hands-on learning opportunities. This can be through attending our events or helping to organize them. Together with our network of partners, we offer practical workshops, a yearly national congress, and other interactive events.
As a student organization, we keep things flexible and adapt to the dynamic student lifestyle.

psyCH-Students is built on shared responsibility and active participation across all levels of the organization. Ideas and initiatives can emerge from the Community, Working Groups, and Board members alike.
Our understanding of leadership is to connect these perspectives, provide structure and support, and translate ideas into concrete action, regardless of where they originate.
External Oversight operates independently from the board and departments. Its role is to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible governance by reviewing finances and key processes, and by providing guidance when needed.
The Executive Board sets the strategic direction of psyCH-Students. It includes the (Co-)Presidency, Vice-Presidency, and Department Heads, who define priorities, represent the organization externally, and ensure that decisions are implemented across departments.
The Regular Board manages the day-to-day operations of the organization. Regular Board Members (Managers) are responsible for specific areas within a department and ensure that tasks and projects are carried out reliably and efficiently.
The Special Board covers roles outside the standard departmental structure. Its members take on specialized or representative tasks, support cross-departmental work, and contribute targeted expertise where needed.
Working Groups allow members to contribute to concrete projects without holding a board position. Members work hands-on on initiatives and ideas, often in collaboration with departments or Special Board Members.
The Community is open to all psychology students in Switzerland. Community members stay informed about events and opportunities and can choose to get more involved at any time by joining Working Groups or taking on further roles.
